I was really disappointed when these showed up. The photos made them look like a bright, blue, which is exactly what I thought I was buying, but in person they’re more of a dull greenish color. It just feels like they promised one thing in the listing and sent something totally different.

I tried browsing aubreysbeadcloset.com, but it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. The pages were slow to load, and I had to keep clicking around just to try to find what I was looking for. The menu felt kind of all over the place, and by the time I got near checkout, it still wasn’t a smooth process. I got tired of fighting with the site and ended up leaving without buying anything

I ordered some beads and they arrived in good shape, so no complaints there 🙂 The shipping was just slower than I thought it would be, which was a little frustrating while I was waiting. Not a huge deal, but I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a rush.

The packaging was disappointing. The bag had ripped open, so the beads were loose everywhere when it arrived. For what I paid, I expected it to be handled a lot better.

I’ve ordered from Aubreys Bead Closet a few times now, they’re kind of to blame for my bead stash getting out of control. Everything I’ve gotten has looked really nice, shipping has been totally fine, and my orders were packed well. I don’t really have anything to complain about, which is probably why I keep going back.

I had a really nice time ordering from here. The site was super easy to use, the beads looked even prettier than I expected, and checkout was basically painless, which is always a tiny miracle. I’d definitely shop here again...

I ordered a few beads that showed as available on the site, then later got an email saying some of them were actually out of stock. Frustrating, because I needed them for a project. What’s the point of showing something as in stock if it isn’t really available? Seems like the inventory on the site needs to be updated more often.

I had a question about my order i wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be, but they got back to me really quickly and—anyway, they fixed the issue without making it complicated. Good experience overall.

Checkout was easy and quick, which just made me more annoyed at all the other sites that make this stuff a complete headache. I found my beads, paid without any weird problems, and got the order confirmation right away. This is how it should work, and it’s ridiculous that so many places still mess it up...

The beads I got were different from what was shown in the pictures. The colors looked way duller in person, and the size and finish just didn’t seem the same, so it kind of threw off the project I had planned.

Maybe I just got an off batch or something, but yeah, I was expecting them to match the photos a lot better. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they update the pictures to show what they actually look like

I reached out about doing a custom order am I missing something? The replies took a while, and when they did come back, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I felt like I kept having to explain the same thing over and over. Maybe they’re totally fine for standard orders, but based on this, I probably wouldn’t try a custom order with them again

I ordered a few beads from Aubrey's Bead Closet, the sizing wasn’t quite what I had in my head. Some of them showed up smaller than I expected from the listing, and I remember thinking, “Wait… did I misread this?” Either way, they didn’t really end up working for the project I had planned. Shipping was totally fine, and the beads looked decent, so it wasn’t a total miss. I just wish the measurements had been clearer or easier to compare before ordering. Kind of a bummer.

The bead selection is decent overall, and I did find a few things I liked. That said, it would be nice if there were more colors to choose from. It’s a bit frustrating when the basics are there, but the variety just isn’t quite enough.

I ordered a few bead mixes and some charms from aubreysbeadcloset.com, and overall they were good. The colors were close to the pictures, and most of the pieces felt sturdy enough for the bracelets I was making.
A few beads had tiny marks or were a little uneven, which was kind of frustrating because once I started sorting through everything, I felt a bit trapped trying to work around the imperfect pieces instead of just using them freely. It wasn’t a huge deal, though, especially since small handmade-style items usually aren’t 100% perfect.
I’d still give it 4 stars because the quality was solid and I was happy with how my bracelets turned out. I just wish the sorting had been a little cleaner so I didn’t have to pick through as much.

As someone who tries to keep online shopping simple and stress-free, this return process was frustrating. The refund took way too long to come through, and I kept having to check on it. Not the smooth experience I was hoping for...
